Here are some pictures of the Fallow Buck that I took this morning with my bow at our hunting club in Greensboro,AL. (Hale County). He had a beautiful hide (cream color with white spots). There have been no known sightings of this deer, or any other fallows in the area, and it was a total suprise to me. The left side of his rack has a double main beam with 9, almost 10 points, but most of the right side had been broken off, probably when he was in velvet, but only had 3 points on right side. Even though he was missing part of his right side, he still has 11 points and a double left side main beam.
There is no way of me explaining what I felt when I saw this guy, or how excited I was when he dropped about 40 yds after I let the arrow fly, so you can use your imagination.
